Just posting the random thoughts in my head today. I have been distracted and not posting much because my thoughts are so scattered, but want to give you something for patiently waiting for us to post:
The baby has the hiccups today. First time I felt it. I thought it was funny. Probably not very funny to you...
I just picked a pediatrician and talked to my insurance and feel like the next couple months will zoom by with all the last-minute things to do. Our childbirth classes are informative (and scary)--we have 3 more classes left. I am excited for upcoming baby showers and being able to see people I haven't seen in a while. Getting a couple of little baby outfits for Christmas made it even easier to imagine my own son in them. I can't wait to meet him!

growing anticipation

Along with my ever-increasing belly (I can't believe I have at least 2 more MONTHS of expansion to go), I am growing more anxious, excited, and nervous. Nine (ten) months is long enough for the reality to set in, but I still can't believe that Bill and I are going to be parents and that this little boy is going to look to us as he figures out this world. Kind of puts a tiny bit of pressure on you to get everything figured out. We've got the major things down, though: (1) pray for him and (2) love him like crazy. We're already doing pretty good with that!

We went to the doctors today for an ultrasound and the baby stuck his tongue out at us in the middle of it. You can see the video HERE. You might need Quicktime to view it.

We've got another Ultrasound this Friday. I'm excited to see my boy again.
Also been working on narrowing down our list of names.
As much as John Henderson might think it's a good idea, we probably won't go with Hector Juanito Leonhardt.

Slowly but Surely coming together.
